Customer Instructions for Ordering DTF Transfers
Step 1: Open and Customize Your Canva Template

Click this link to open the gang sheet template in Canva based on your desired size:

If you don’t have a Canva account, you can sign up for free.

Rename your Canva project with your last name. This is important so your file is saved with your name when you download it.

In the top right corner, double-click the "xx Long" and type your name. This is important for when you do

Customize your design by adding your logos, artwork, text, and sizing.

When finished, export your file as a PNG with a transparent background. Do NOT adjust the size, limit the file size, or Compress the file.

If you don’t have Canva Pro and cannot export PNG with transparency, export as a PDF Print with an RGB color profile. instead.
Step 2: Upload Your File

Use the upload button when placing your order to send your PNG or PDF file.

Please ensure your file matches the size you selected in the order form.

File name should include your name for easy reference.
Step 3: Review and Payment

Select your transfer size or gang sheet roll length from the dropdown menu.

The price will be calculated based on your selection.

Complete your payment using the secure Wix checkout.
Step 4: Confirmation and Follow-Up

After submission, we will review your file for print quality and sizing.

If we need any clarifications, we may request a Canva collaboration link to review your editable design directly.

You will receive an email confirmation with your order details and expected turnaround time.
