Returns Policy

All customized items are non-refundable once customization is complete. In order to process your return, please follow these 4 steps:

- Fill out our Returns Form.

- Once we receive your returns form, we will email you a return authorization with a pdf file of the return UPS shipping label.

- Print the return UPS shipping label and place it on the package.

- Drop off the package at any UPS location, See ups.com or call 1-800-PICK-UPS for the location nearest you.

 

When making a return, please ensure the following:

- Your items have not been altered in any way. This includes printing, embroidery, washing or decorating. Altered items will not be accepted.

- Your return is postmarked within 30 days of the original delivery date. Returns postmarked after 30 days will not be accepted.

 

Refunds:

- Refunds will be issued once your package has been received and inspected by our staff.

- As a courtesy, we do not charge a restocking fee.

- Any shipping fees paid will not be refunded.

- Most refunds are issued within 15 business days.

 

Exchanges and Claims:

- We do not offer exchanges. You may return your unwanted items and place a new order.

- Please inspect your order within 72 hours of receipt. If you received any defective or incorrect items, please notify us immediately.
