Choose Your Design
Option 1: Premade Design – Select an available premade design and provide your names, event information, placement, format, date, and personalization instructions. We will produce and ship your plaque within 2 business days after receiving your order and all required personalization details.
Option 2: Upload My Design – Supply an image/design and all placement or text instructions. Within 24 hours after we receive your complete artwork and details, we will send a digital mockup link to review and approve. Once approved, we will produce and ship your finished plaque within 2 business days.
Artwork & Approval
Include your league or organization name, tournament/event title, recipient or team name, award placement, 8-ball/9-ball format if relevant, date, and any special instructions. For multiple plaques, send a clearly labeled recipient list. You must have permission to use submitted art or logos.
For uploaded designs, carefully review the mockup link for text, names, dates, spelling, and layout. Production does not begin until the mockup is approved. Requested revisions or delays in approval may delay shipment.
Shipping: Production and ship time is not a guaranteed carrier delivery date. Outbound shipping is separate. If you have an event deadline, please contact us before ordering at ashley@amdf.shop.
